Karnataka's Bengaluru–Tumakuru and Kalyana-Karnataka corridors generate 120+ MLD of industrial effluent and 14,000+ TPD of solid waste — yet under 35% is treated to zero-liquid-discharge standards and fewer than 15% of industries have functional carbon monitoring. COERR closes all five gaps on a single 10-acre campus that no existing institution in India replicates.
